When the carrier or its agent performs Pickup or Delivery Service at the following points in Massachusetts, the shipment will be subject to an additional pickup or delivery charge of $10.00 per cwt, subject to a $120.00 minimum charge, $500.00 maximum charge, which shall be in addition to all other applicable charges:
