PICK UP AND DELIVERY SERVICE - KANSAS

When the carrier or its agent performs Pickup or Delivery Service in Kansas (see Exception*), the shipment will be subject to an additional pickup or delivery charge of $10.00 per cwt, subject to a $120.00 minimum charge, $500.00 maximum charge, which shall be in addition to all other applicable charges.  *Exception:  The following zip codes will not be subject to this additional Pickup or Delivery charge:  66024,66030,66031,66051,66061-66063,66083,66090,66101-66106, 66109-66113, 66115,66117-66119, 66160, 66201-66227,66250, 66251, 66276, 66282, 66283, 66285, 66286, 66408, 66713, and 66739.
