DELIVERY SERVICE - EXTENDED DELIVERY TIME

Any shipment destined to the consignees listed below will be charged a flat surcharge of $75.00.  This charge shall be shown as a separate line item on the bill and will be in addition to all other lawful charges for the shipment.  The provisions of this Item apply also on shipments consigned to facilities operated by or for the account of affiliates and subsidiaries of companies named below.
