ELECTRONIC DOCUMENTS AND SIGNATURES

Any bill of lading, delivery receipt or other freight document required in connection with the provisions of transportation services contemplated by an agreement, that is created and transmitted by electronic means, shall have the same legal validity and enforceability as a paper document, provided that the electronic document contains the same information that would have been included in the paper document.  Likewise, any signature, whether manual or electronic, applied to any such document shall have the same legal validity and enforceability as a manually-executed signature, and the parties hereby waive any objection to the contrary.
