COLLECTION OF C.O.D. AMOUNTS

In accordance with Item 180, C. O. D. shipments will not be accepted.  In the event a C. O. D. shipment is inadvertently accepted, Carrier may, but shall not be required, to collect C. O. D. amounts by check or credit card and shall not be liable for the collection of the C. O. D. amount.
