Registered website users will continue to have full visibility of submitted information and processing status for existing claims submitted prior to December 1, 2025. Manage claims submitted prior to 12/01/2025 via the 'Legacy Claims Dashboard' button on this page.
New LTL Claims Quick Tool
Click to submit a new claim. Please be prepared to provide your PITT OHIO Pro # and the consignee (delivery) zip code.
When your claim is created, a unique link with your submitted claim record will be emailed to your preferred email address. You can view status updates, edit your submission and communicate with our Claims and Prevention Auditors directly via the provided link.
Online Claims Tool (Legacy)
Registered users who have submitted a claim prior to 12/01/2025, can monitor progress and view a history of their existing claims. This feature will no longer maintain claims submitted on or after December 1, 2025.
