Cindy Winkler has been promoted from Supervisor of Rates and Traffic Systems to Manager of Pricing. Winkler has been with PITT OHIO since 1994.

Shawn Galloway has been promoted from Pricing Analyst to Supervisor of Rates and Traffic Systems. Galloway has been with PITT OHIO since 1996. Between them they have 36 years of transportation pricing experience.
