Pittsburgh, PA (December 9, 2021) - PITT OHIO, a leader in transportation and logistics services, announced their LEED Gold Certified Cleveland terminal and warehouse received three Commercial Real Estate Development Association Awards. The Northern Ohio Chapter held their award ceremony on November 10, 2021 and honored PITT OHIO with the following awards:

• Construction Project of the Year (Rycon Construction, Inc.)
• Architectural Design Project of the Year (McGill Smith Punshon, Inc.)
• Innovation Project of the Year (Rycon Construction, Inc.)

PITT OHIO completed construction of its state-of-the-art LEED Gold Certified terminal, which includes an office and warehouse space, and the company’s maintenance shop in Parma, Ohio.  The entire complex spans 111,000 square feet and sits on 23.65 of developed acres in Parma, Ohio.
