IndyStar partners with research company Energage for the survey annually. Energage surveyed PITT OHIO employees in Indianapolis on several factors including company culture, leadership, benefits, and work-life balance.  The survey results reflect the collective experience of PITT OHIO employees, who shared their candid feedback and insights about their workplace.
