PITT OHIO Earns Eighth American Trucking Associations President's Trophy for Safety Excellence

PITT OHIO received ATA President's Trophy for safety excellence.


Pittsburgh, PA (May 13, 2024) - PITT OHIO, a leader in transportation, warehouse, and logistics services, is proud to announce it has been awarded the prestigious American Trucking Associations (ATA) President's Trophy in the Over 100 Million Miles category. This marks the eighth time PITT OHIO has received this award; winning every year the company has been eligible. PITT OHIO received the award at the ATA Safety Management Council (SMC) Annual Meeting on April 26, 2024.

The ATA President's Trophy is the highest safety award bestowed by the American Trucking Associations, the largest national trucking industry association in the United States. To be eligible, a motor carrier must achieve superior safety performance across a range of categories, including driver qualifications, safety management programs, vehicle maintenance practices, and accident records. Winning the President's Trophy eight years in a row places PITT OHIO among an elite group of carriers consistently demonstrating a dedication to the well-being of drivers, communities, and the roads we all share.
