What is Delivery Track?

Delivery Track is ideal for “last mile” LTL tracking.  With Delivery Track, once your LTL shipment is out for delivery, you can track the exact truck carrying your freight.  It calculates your Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA), including stops remaining before delivery. 

Head to our webpage to track an LTL shipment by Pro number, Pickup number or Bill-of-lading number.  If it’s out for delivery, you will see a “Delivery Track” link appear on PITT OHIO’s Shipment Tracing tool.

Is Shipment Event Notification right for me?

Shipment Notification is ideal for busy shippers who do not have time in their day to track each and every shipment – but still wants to know when something is up with their shipment! We provide “advance notification” of freight movement via email along with ETA windows on delivery time frames.

There are 2 Types of Shipment Event Notifications:

1. Subscription based – ideal for shippers who want to customize their event notification updates based on their needs throughout the entire life cycle of their shipment(s). This tools requires you to be a regisered user on our website. Once registered, click on “more tools,” then “event notification” to sign up for your specific Shipment Status Notifications.   

2. Tracking by a Single Pro - ideal for logged in users who need important status notifications on a single shipment (i.e. delivered clear). Single shipment notficaitons sign-up will apper in the Track and Trace tool.

The following Notifications are available by Subscription or Single Pro:

1. Arrived at terminal (notification each time Origin, Intermediate & Destination)
2. Out for delivery
3. Unsuccessful delivery attempt
4. Tendered to partner
5. Delivered with exception
6. Delivered clear
7. Proof of delivery available
8. Customs information available

How can I track and trace my shipments using your web services?

You can trace a shipment with ETA by Pro, BOL or Pickup Number.   With the right integration, tracking and tracing an LTL shipment is automatic and available when you need it at any time.
