PITT OHIO, a leader in transportation and logistics services, recently announced it has been awarded a 2019 Top Workplace honor in 3 of its locations, including Indianapolis, Indiana, and Cincinnati and Cleveland Ohio. The Top Workplaces lists are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage (formerly WorkplaceDynamics, LLC), a leading research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture are measured, including Alignment, Execution, and Connection, just to name a few.
PITT OHIO made the list for the third time in all three cities, ranking 2nd in Indianapolis, Indiana. The company’s Indianapolis terminal was also honored with this year’s special award for “Direction.” “The No. 1 thing that employees told us was most important to them was that they believe the company is going in the right direction,” Bob Helbig, media partnerships at Energage, said. PITT OHIO’s Indianapolis terminal scored the highest among all respondents to the statement, “I believe this company is going in the right direction.”
