PITT OHIO Wins 2 Logistics Management LTL Quest for Quality Awards

PITT OHIO announced today the receipt of 2 Logistics Management Quest for Quality Awards in the categories of Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regional LTL and Expedite. The Quest for Quality Awards are the gold standard for customer satisfaction and performance excellence for carriers, ports, and logistics providers worldwide. 

For the twenty-fifth time, PITT OHIO has earned a spot in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regional LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) category.  PITT OHIO’s expedite service, Fast Track, earned a spot for the 12th time among national carriers. 

These 2019 awards bring PITT OHIO’s overall grand total to 41 Quest for Quality Awards in the categories of Regional LTL, National LTL, Expedited and Truckload.

Logistics Management’s (LM) Annual Quest for Quality Awards is the culmination of a six-month research project conducted by Peerless Research Group (PRG).  For more than three decades, LM’s Quest for Quality has been regarded in the transportation and logistics industry as the most important measure of customer satisfaction and performance excellence.
